Processing Time
Because our molds are custom made to order, usually molds are shipped in 1-2 weeks.
Currently we are on schedule for shipping molds & sprinkle makers.

If you run into issues with your order or difficulties using your mold feel free to contact us by email or on Facebook:
Returns & Exchanges
Because our designs are digital or made to order we cannot accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us with photographs of the item and the packaging the item came in so we can file a damaged package claim and ship a replacement as appropriate.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations until an order has been printed.
Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We have no control over what fees your country or region may charge for delivery.
